House Rules – HAVN Premium Stay

1. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs or delays for cleaning staff may incur additional charges.

2. Pets, Smoking, Parties & Noise: Pets, smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed. Violations may result in fines up to CHF 500, plus any costs for special cleaning or damage repair. Noise monitoring is in place, and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

3. Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the reservation. CHF 30 per night will be charged for any unregistered guest.

4. Commercial Use & Illegal Activities: Commercial photography, videography, and illegal activities are prohibited without prior written approval.

5. Damages, Loss & Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage, injury, or loss on the property. Please report any damage immediately. Guests are also liable for lost keys, key cards, remotes, or parking passes.

Agreement: By booking, guests agree to follow these house rules. Violations may result in additional charges, immediate cancellation of the reservation, and eviction without refund.
