I travel a lot, and this was probably the BEST Airbnb I've ever stayed in, with the hosts catering to our needs 100%. The location was excellent! Close to the tram, train, and airport, and most importantly, the car rental garage was a 3-minute walk away. There's no elevator, and there are three flights of stairs, but they're very manageable. No big steps. They added personal touches that were much appreciated, like the box of chocolates and water. Their restaurant recommendations were outstanding. For someone who travels quite a lot, this place was very stylish, clean, spacious, and in a prime location! The hosts were always available for any information or anything we needed!

Perfection! I can't say enough good things about Eric and Jenny's apartment! It's right in the city center, close to the tram stop, restaurants, bakeries, and shops. Although it's in the heart of things, it's quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully furnished, and Eric and Jenny have thought of everything you could possibly need: coffee, tea, even umbrellas in case it rains during your stay. The beds are so comfortable, and everything exceeded our expectations. Eric and Jenny were very friendly and responsive. I will always try to stay here when I come to Basel!

Eric and Jenny did an excellent job managing and running the accommodation. There were a couple of minor issues upon our arrival, but communication was seamless, and everything was resolved very quickly. I was very impressed with everything. The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator), and one of the bedrooms is accessed via another flight of stairs (just FYI). The building is beautiful, and so is the apartment. It's perfectly located in the center of Basel, so everything is just a short walk or bus/tram ride away. Since we were in Basel, Eric and Jenny provided some free public transport passes, which was fantastic. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this accommodation.
