Cancellation policy

Cancellations are free of charge up to 5 days before check-in.

If a cancellation is made within 5 days prior to check-in or after the stay has begun, the following conditions apply:

• One additional night will be charged in full.
• 50% of the accommodation price for the remaining unused nights will be refunded.



In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the stay will be charged according to the conditions stated above.

Cancellations must be made in text form (e.g. by email). The time of receipt of the cancellation by us is decisive.
